These Terms of Service govern your booking and stay at The Schoolhouse Tullycrine, located at Tullycrine, Kilrush, Co. Clare, Ireland (Eircode V15 FH39), owned and operated by Maya Healy.
By making a booking enquiry or confirming a reservation, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before booking. If you have any questions, contact us at [email protected] before proceeding.
A reservation is confirmed only when you have received written confirmation from us and we have received the agreed deposit or full payment. Enquiries submitted through our booking form do not constitute a confirmed booking.
We reserve the right to decline any booking enquiry at our discretion, without being required to give a reason.
All bookings are made in the name of one lead guest who must be at least 18 years of age. The lead guest is responsible for all other guests during the stay.

All prices are quoted in Euros and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We strongly recommend that guests purchase appropriate travel insurance to cover cancellation risks.
In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control (fire, flood, structural damage, or similar), we will provide a full refund of all amounts paid. We will not be liable for any further compensation including travel or accommodation costs.
The Schoolhouse is licensed for a maximum of 6 guests. Any additional guests must be agreed with us in advance and may be subject to an additional charge. Exceeding the agreed guest number without prior consent may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.
The property is available exclusively for the use of the guests named in the booking. Sub-letting or assigning the booking to a third party is not permitted.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge. Please contact us in advance to discuss.
Access instructions and key arrangements will be provided prior to your arrival.
Guests agree to use the property with reasonable care and to leave it in the condition in which it was found. In particular:
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, fixtures, fittings or contents caused during their stay. We reserve the right to charge for the cost of repair or replacement of any items damaged or lost.
We may request a security deposit prior to arrival, which will be returned in full within 7 days of departure provided no damage has occurred.
Please report any pre-existing damage or defects upon arrival so that we can address them and ensure you are not held responsible.
We take reasonable steps to ensure the property is safe and well-maintained. However, we cannot guarantee that the property will be free of all defects at all times.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury or inconvenience suffered by guests or their property during their stay, except where such loss arises directly from our negligence or breach of duty.
We are not responsible for events beyond our control including but not limited to: severe weather, utility failures, internet outages, or disturbances from neighbouring properties.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from a booking will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The version in force at the time of your booking confirmation is the version that applies to your stay.
